[How to Order]

Some items can be directly bought from the online shop.
EMS, Registered Mail and Standard Mail are the shipping methods available for overseas. The payment methods are by credit card or bank transfer.
If you wish to use Paypal, please check about email orders below.

We also accept your order via e-mail (info@goodmoon-music.com).
When you place an order, please specify "Shop Mail Order" in the subject.

We will reply via e-mail with the stock information and the total including the shipping cost. Please note that the products may be out of stock.
If required information is missing, shipment may be delayed. Please make sure that you fill all the columns before sending the e-mail.

The order will come into effect only after the stock and the total including the shipping cost is confirmed. Even if you have our Paypal information, please do not make a payment before receiving our confirmation.


[Payment Method]

Please check the total amount in the confirmation e-mail from GoodMoon Official Shop and make a payment by PAYPAL within 10 days. After 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled and you will need to make a new order.
We accept only one-time payments.

We will provide you our email address for PAYPAL via e-mail after confirming our stock. Please note this address is different from info@tarojiro.com.

Please make your transfer in Japanese Yen, There will be no extra charges required.

We do not accept any kind of Western Union services, cheques, money transfer through the internet, and any other methods.
We cannot take responsibility of transmission mistakes.


[Delivery of Goods]

Goods will be shipped within 7 days after confirming your payment.

The shipping charge should be paid by the customer.

- About the shipping cost

We ship the items via EMS (Express Mailing Service), Registered International Mail and Standard International Mail. The shipping cost depends on the weight and the destination of the package.
Please feel free to ask us the total weight and the shipping costs for the items that you are interested in, before you make an order.

- About the Custom duty

International customers are considered importers and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the orders are received. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches your country. If that happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We cannot predict or control what these charges may be, as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Also, we are required to show the accurate value of the items directly on the package.


[Return and Replacement]

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products. However, if there is a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after you received the goods. We may provide return or replacement of goods. Please do not return the items before receiving a confirmation.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for items damaged during shipping.
